De afgelopen jaren hebben Rens van der Zalm en ik een aantal nummers opgenomen die ik op oude set lijstjes vond en in de vergetelheid waren geraakt. Sterke songs uit de 60er jaren die ik lang niet gespeeld had. Een feest om op te nemen in studio Teclats van Ton Snijders.
Een Bob Dylan nummer kon niet ontbreken. It’s All over now Baby Blue hoorde ik voor het eerst gezongen door Arie Proost, zanger van de Vlaardingse popgroep Panique. Zijn versie was geïnspireerd op die van Them met zanger Van Morisson. De oorspronkelijke Dylan versie hoorde ik pas later. In 1969 vormden Arie, Mich Doelman en ik de groep MAF.
